Role Overview
Provide L2 IT support and resolve assigned tickets as part of an engineering team.
Provide onsite end-user support by visiting client sites.
Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot business, architecture, email, and office applications.
- Support Windows Server migrations, clustering, RAID, Hyper-V, and virtualization environments.
- Manage Microsoft 365, SharePoint, OneDrive, Azure, and Intune technologies.
- Troubleshoot networks, Wi-Fi access points, printers, email accounts, and mobile devices.
- Support backup technologies, QNAP and NAS storage, and data migration.
- Configure firewalls, firewall policies, IPsec VPN tunnels, and SSL VPN connections.
- Configure video conferencing systems and CCTV, NVR, and DVR systems.
- Identify improvements to procedures and maintain a proactive support approach.
- Perform scheduled preventive maintenance.
- Maintain asset, inventory, and IT infrastructure documentation.
Requirements
- 7+ years of work experience.
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Windows 10 and 11.
- Excellent knowledge of Windows Server 2012, 2016, 2019, and 2022.
- Knowledge of Autodesk, AutoCAD, and architecture software applications.
- Knowledge of RAID configurations, server migration, and Windows Server clustering.
