About The Role
We are seeking an experienced
L2 Collaboration Engineer
to join our client’s team in Dubai.
The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in
Cisco Meeting Server (Cms)
and
Cisco Unified Communications Manager (Cucm)
, with additional exposure to automation and DevOps practices.
Cisco Meeting Server (Cms)
- Configure, manage, and troubleshoot CMS environments.
- Handle CMS core architecture components: Call Bridge clustering, Web Bridge configuration, database replication, recorder & streamer services.
- Perform CMS upgrades, health checks, backup validation, and routine maintenance.
- Troubleshoot CMS call quality, conferencing, and integration issues.
- Manage CMS APIs for advanced configurations and bulk provisioning.
Cisco Unified Communications Manager (Cucm)
- Administer and support CUCM systems.
- Configure and troubleshoot SIP trunks, device pools, regions, CSS, partitions, media resources, LDAP sync, Jabber/Webex integrations.
- Support IP phones, SIP endpoints, and collaboration applications.
- Perform CUCM upgrades, patches, and cluster maintenance.
- Troubleshoot call routing, registration, media, and voice quality issues.
Automation & Devops
- Develop Python scripts for health monitoring, log analysis, and automation of routine tasks.
- Utilize APIs for automation and system integration.
- Apply DevOps practices using Git, Ansible, and configuration versioning tools.
- Streamline infrastructure updates and operational workflows.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Strong hands‑on experience in
- Cisco CMS and CUCM administration
- .
- Knowledge of
- collaboration applications, SIP endpoints, and conferencing solutions
- .
- Familiarity with
- Python scripting, APIs, and DevOps tools (Git, Ansible)
- .
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills.
- Ability to work onsite in Dubai and deliver under tight timelines.
