- We are looking for someone with the following experience:
- **6+ yrs**
- **Strong experience in CUCM, CMS or Webex (On Prem/VC)**
- **CMS Architecture: Configure and troubleshoot core CMS components, including Call Bridge clustering, Web Bridge, Database replication, and Recorder/Streamer.**
- **CUCM Integration: Manage Cisco Unified Communications Manager**
- **CMS API Utilization: Leverage the CMS API to configure advanced parameters not available in the GUI and automate bulk provisioning tasks.**
- **Automation Scripting: Develop Python scripts to automate health checks, log analysis, and routine maintenance for CMS and CUCM environments.**
- **DevOps Integration: Apply DevOps practices (e.g., Git, Ansible) to manage configuration versioning and streamline infrastructure updates.**
