Position details
The position is Kitchen Stewarding Executive within the Food and Beverage and Culinary category.
The role is full time, non-management, and not remote.
The position is based at Four Points by Sheraton in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
Kitchen operations
- Work with staff as a team to achieve optimum production and meet guest needs.
- Complete opening and closing duties, including supplies, cleaning, and access control.
- Inspect kitchens, restaurants, and storage areas for organization, FIFO use, food safety, and cleanliness.
- Complete inventories and requisition supplies.
- Monitor production, safety, and food safety.
- Assist the Chief Steward with daily back-of-house operations across food service areas.
- Complete maintenance repair paperwork and communicate shift handovers.
People and guest support
- Assist with hiring, training, scheduling, evaluation, counseling, discipline, motivation, and coaching.
- Inspect grooming and attire and correct deficiencies.
- Welcome guests, anticipate service needs, assist individuals with disabilities, and respond professionally.
