Position Summary
Support hotel guest services by delivering requested items, amenities, messages, packages, and other materials to guest rooms.
The role is full time, non-management, and not remote.
Guest Service and Delivery Duties
- Test beepers and radios to ensure communications equipment works properly.
- Place rollaway beds and refrigerators in guest rooms when requested.
- Deliver towels, bathrobes, toiletries, messages, mail, faxes, packages, flowers, gifts, and other items to guest rooms.
- Deliver rollaway beds, cribs, linens, toiletries, and other requested items to guest rooms.
- Deliver food, beverages, or other amenities and assemble orders to go when required.
Standards and Physical Duties
- Follow company policies and procedures and report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to a manager.
- Maintain a clean and professional uniform and personal appearance and protect confidential information and company assets.
- Welcome guests, anticipate and address service needs, assist individuals with disabilities, and provide genuine appreciation.
- Speak clearly and professionally, maintain positive working relationships, and support team goals.
- Read and visually verify information, inspect tools and equipment, and perform physical movement throughout the work shift.
