About the Role
We are hiring a Kitchen Manager to oversee daily kitchen operations in a cloud kitchen and catering environment. You will ensure food quality, hygiene compliance, team supervision, and efficient production.

- Manage day to day kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, packing, and dispatch
- Ensure food quality, taste consistency, portion control, and presentation standards are maintained at all times
- Oversee catering and bulk production orders, ensuring timely and accurate execution
- Supervise, train, and manage kitchen staff to ensure productivity, discipline, and compliance with SOPs
- Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene, cleanliness, and HACCP compliance
- Monitor kitchen inventory, reduce waste, control food cost, and coordinate stock requirements with procurement/store teams
- Plan kitchen production schedules based on business demand, catering orders, and delivery operations
- Ensure all kitchen equipment is properly maintained and operational
- Coordinate with operations, purchasing, and other departments to support smooth kitchen workflow and timely order fulfillment
Requirements
- Strong chef background with hands on culinary knowledge
- Experience in catering, bulk production, or cloud kitchen operations
- Ability to manage kitchen teams in a fast paced, high volume environment
- Strong knowledge of food quality standards, hygiene, and kitchen operations
- 4–6 years of kitchen experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or kitchen management role
- Culinary qualification or relevant kitchen management experience preferred

Role Purpose
- The Kitchen Manager is responsible for overseeing daily kitchen operations, ensuring food quality, hygiene compliance, team supervision, and efficient production across cloud kitchen and catering activities.
