Responsibilities
- Manage relationships with all food delivery aggregator partners
- Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance and prepare management reports
- Analyze sales trends, commissions, discounts, and campaign performance
- Manage menu updates, pricing, product listings, and promotions across Odoo and aggregator platforms
- Plan, execute, and monitor promotional campaigns, discounts, bundles, and new product launches
- Optimize product visibility through sponsored listings, category placement, and platform marketing opportunities
- Track platform marketing spend, commissions, and profitability to ensure budget compliance
- Identify sales issues and implement corrective actions in coordination with Marketing and Operations
- Coordinate with Digital Marketing, PR, Operations, and Finance teams to ensure smooth campaign execution
- Maintain accurate records of promotions, campaigns, agreements, and platform performance
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field
- 3–5 years of experience in food delivery aggregators, e commerce, digital marketing, or the F&B industry
- Experience with food delivery platforms and Odoo ERP is preferred
- Strong analytical, reporting, communication, and Microsoft Excel skills

Job Summary
- The Aggregators Specialist is responsible for managing and optimizing the company's presence across food delivery platforms such as Talabat, Snoonu, Rafeeq, Keeta, and other aggregator channels.
- The role focuses on driving sales growth, increasing platform visibility, managing promotions and campaigns, monitoring performance, and ensuring accurate menu and system management.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage relationships with all food delivery aggregator partners.
- Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance and prepare management reports.
- Analyze sales trends, commissions, discounts, and campaign performance.
- Manage menu updates, pricing, product listings, and promotions across Odoo and aggregator platforms.

Qualifications
