- Perform grinder calibration, espresso extraction, and milk steaming
- Maintain consistency in coffee quality, taste, and presentation
- Provide friendly, professional, and engaging customer service
- Keep the coffee bar, equipment, and work area clean and organized
- Follow hygiene, safety, and café standards at all times
- Assist in stock monitoring, opening/closing duties, and daily operations
- Share coffee knowledge with customers and support a welcoming café environment
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Barista in a specialty coffee shop/café
- Good knowledge of espresso extraction, milk texturing / latte art, grinder calibration, brew methods and coffee quality standards
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast paced environment
- Positive attitude, teamwork, and attention to detail
