Responsibilities
- Clean all dishes, workstations, cooking equipment, and food storage areas in accordance with food safety regulations.
- Wash, chop, shred, and grate ingredients for subsequent use by the chef.
- Sweep and mop floors as required.
- Assist with unloading deliveries.
- Store ingredients according to prescribed food safety regulations.
- Assist with monitoring inventory.
- Report all damaged or faulty equipment to the kitchen manager.
- Package customers' leftover food upon request.
- Clean trash cans and dispose refuse on a regular basis.
Requirements
- 1 year of experience as Kitchen Assistant/Helper
- Ability to multitask without sacrificing accuracy
- Excellent interpersonal skills

Job Overview
