About the Role
ILFORNO GROUP UAE is seeking an IT Assistant to provide technical support to the head office and restaurant branches. The role involves troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues, maintaining POS systems, and performing system updates.

Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to Head Office and all restaurant branches
- Visit branches to troubleshoot and resolve IT related issues
- Install, configure, and maintain computers, laptops, printers, POS systems, and other IT equipment
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, internet, and system issues
- Provide support and maintenance for POS systems used in restaurant operations
- Set up and maintain user accounts, emails, passwords, and system access
- Assist with CCTV, biometric attendance systems, and other IT related equipment
- Perform regular system updates, backups, and basic maintenance
- Maintain an updated inventory of IT equipment and IT assets
- Coordinate with internet providers, IT vendors, and service providers when necessary
- Provide remote and on site technical support to employees and restaurant branches
- Ensure IT equipment and systems are functioning properly to support daily operations
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 1 2 years of experience in IT support, technical support, or related position
- Knowledge of computer hardware, software, networking, and troubleshooting
- Experience with POS systems, CCTV, biometric attendance systems, printers, and other office IT equipment preferred
- Basic knowledge of network configuration, internet connectivity, and system maintenance
- Ability to provide both remote and on site technical support
- Willing and able to travel to different restaurant branches when required
- Good problem solving and analytical skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple technical issues
- Ability to work under pressure and respond promptly to urgent IT concerns

Qualifications

- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in IT support, technical support, or a related position.
- Experience in the restaurant, food and beverage, or hospitality industry is an advantage.
- Knowledge of computer hardware, software, networking, and troubleshooting.
- Experience with POS systems, CCTV, biometric attendance systems, printers, and other office IT equipment is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of network configuration, internet connectivity, and system maintenance.
- Ability to provide both remote and on site technical support.

Pay
- AED 2,300.00 AED 2,800.00 per month
