About the Role

- Manage and optimize restaurant accounts across Talabat, Careem Food, Noon Food, Keeta, Deliveroo, Smiles, and other delivery platforms
- Create and maintain menus, pricing, product descriptions, images, modifiers, and availability
- Develop and execute strategies to increase online sales and profitability
- Plan and manage promotional campaigns, discounts, bundles, and exclusive platform offers
- Monitor sales performance and identify opportunities to improve order volume and Average Order Value (AOV)
- Track and analyze KPIs including GMV, online sales growth, order volume, AOV, conversion rate, customer ratings, and more
- Optimize menu layouts, keywords, images, and product descriptions to improve search ranking and conversions
- Monitor customer feedback, ratings, and reviews across all delivery platforms
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns in collaboration with aggregator account managers
- Coordinate with Operations, Marketing, Kitchen, IT, Finance, and Customer Service teams
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, E Commerce, or related field
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience managing restaurant delivery aggregators
- Experience in the UAE restaurant or hospitality industry is highly preferred

About the Role
- We are seeking a highly motivated and results driven E Commerce Manager / Executive to oversee and grow our online sales channels across leading food delivery platforms.
- The ideal candidate will have proven experience managing restaurant delivery platforms, driving online sales, optimizing menus, executing promotional campaigns, and improving overall marketplace performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize restaurant accounts across Talabat, Careem Food, Noon Food, Keeta, Deliveroo, Smiles, and other delivery platforms
- Create and maintain menus, pricing, product descriptions, images, modifiers, and availability
- Ensure menu accuracy, pricing consistency, and proper product categorization across all platforms
- Coordinate menu launches, seasonal offers, and new product listings
- Develop and execute strategies to increase online sales and profitability
- Plan and manage promotional campaigns, discounts, bundles, and exclusive platform offers
- Monitor sales performance and identify opportunities to improve order volume and Average Order Value (AOV)
- Work with aggregator account managers to secure marketing opportunities and improve platform visibility
- Track and analyze KPIs including GMV, online sales growth, order volume, AOV, conversion rate, customer ratings, order acceptance rate, preparation time, cancellation rate, delivery performance
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable recommendations
- Optimize menu layouts, keywords, images, and product descriptions to improve search ranking and conversions
- Monitor competitors' pricing, promotions, and product offerings
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, E Commerce, or a related field
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience managing restaurant delivery aggregators
- Experience in the UAE restaurant or hospitality industry is highly preferred
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of restaurant delivery platforms and online marketplace operations
- Experience with POS integrations and menu management systems
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and reporting skills
- Strong analytical and problem solving abilities
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to interpret sales data and make data driven decisions
- Project management and organizational skills
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast paced environment
