About the Role
Americana Restaurants is hiring a Maintenance Technician for corrective, reactive, and planned preventive maintenance of assets in KSA.

Responsibilities
- Carry out corrective, reactive, and planned preventive maintenance of assets in restaurants, offices, and commissaries
- Respond to complaints within SLA (4, 12, 72 hours) and gather spares within 24 hours
- Monitor and/or perform planned preventive maintenance
- Visit each store at least once monthly and conduct store inspection
- Minimize jobs from external vendors by rectifying issues himself
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Kitchen Equipment Technician or similar role in a commercial kitchen environment
- Previous experience in QSR or Hotel industry
- Extensive knowledge of kitchen equipment including fryers, ovens, broilers, grills, refrigerators, dishwashers, and ventilation systems
- 2 5 years in restaurant and general maintenance
- Good knowledge of KSA market in terms of parts availability, authority regulations, malls/landlord requirements
- IT Skills: Good knowledge of using Field Management System, MS Office skills
- Must be able to communicate in English; Arabic is a plus

Job Purpose
- The Maintenance Technician is responsible for carrying out Corrective, Reactive and Planned Preventive Maintenance of Assets in all Restaurants, Offices and Commissaries owned/leased by Americana in KSA.
- He will have to look after Hard & Soft services such as MEP, Kitchen Equipment, Hood Servicing, Fire Protection Systems, etc.
Key Responsibilities
- Reactive Complaint / PPM: Response Time as per SLA (4, 12, 72 hours). Spares Gathering within 24 hours.
- Planned Preventive Maintenance: Monitor (external vendor) and/or perform PPM.
- Corrective Maintenance: Visit each store at least once monthly and conduct store inspection.
- Cost Saving: Minimize jobs from External Vendors by rectifying them himself.
- Growth and Customer Focus: Work towards improving customer satisfaction on daily tasks.
- Personal Growth: Improve skills & efficiency by attending courses.
Qualification & Experience
- Technical Diploma preferred.
- 2 5 years in restaurant and general maintenance.
- Strong hands on experience on Kitchen Equipment and MEP.
- Good knowledge of KSA market in terms of parts availability, authority regulations, malls/landlord requirements.
- IT Skills: Good knowledge of using Field Management System, MS Office skills.
- Language Skills: Must be able to communicate in English; Arabic is a plus.
