- Ensure guest needs and expectations are met by providing efficient and professional service
- Provide friendly, courteous, and professional service at the Tuk Tuk Kids Club/Chill Teens Club
- Create fun and educational activities for children
- Identify return children, guests, and VIPs
- Participate in training and development programs
- Ensure child safety and zero accidents
- Maintain equipment and report maintenance deficiencies
- Conceptualize and organize festivities and special events for children
- Monitor operational supplies and departmental cost

- Be creative and ensure activities are fun filled and educational.
- Identify return children, guests and VIPs.
- Never say 'No'. Always find a way to exceed the guest's needs.
- Participate in training and development programs.
- Ensure child safety and zero accidents.
- Ensure proper maintenance of all equipment in the Kids Club.
- Report maintenance deficiencies and follow up.
- Conceptualize and organize festivities and special events for children.
- Monitor operational supplies and departmental cost.
