- Achieve monthly sales targets for assigned accounts in coordination with manager
- Communicate market and competition activities to sales management and recommend action plans
- Assist account manager in rolling out sales growth plans in designated areas and sectors
- Prepare monthly reports on project achievements, competition activities, sales and collection versus target
- Analyze sales results weekly and take action to ensure monthly targets are met
- Use digital sales tools (Sales Pro, Go To Market) properly
- Optimize call cycle effectiveness by constantly reviewing it
- Verify customer approvals of account reconciliation on a random basis
- Hold periodic meetings with manager to review YTD sales vs. forecast achievement
- Assist account manager in setting and preparing sales incentives and volume rebate contracts
Requirements
- Experience in sales or account management
- Ability to achieve monthly sales targets
- Proficiency in digital sales tools (Sales Pro, Go To Market)
- Strong analytical and reporting skills
- Good communication and coordination skills

Job Responsibilities & Tasks
- Responsible for achieving monthly sales targets for his accounts in coordination with his manager
- Communicate market and competition activities to sales management and recommend action plans as needed
- Assisting the account manager in rolling out sales growth plans in designated areas and sectors
- Preparing monthly reports on project achievements, competition activities, sales and collection versus target while recommending tactical corrective actions where needed
- Analyze sales results weekly and take action to make sure monthly targets are met
- Get initiated on the proper usage of the newly introduced digital sales tools (Sales Pro; Go To Market)
- Optimize on own call cycle effectiveness by constantly reviewing it
- Verifying on a random basis customer approvals of their corresponding account reconciliation
- Hold periodic meetings with his manager to review and evaluate on YTD sales vs. forecast achievement
