Accountabilities
- Handle day-to-day requests from corporate clients for rental and chauffeur services.
- Coordinate national bookings, deliveries, and customer follow-up with the rental car team for cash and credit accounts.
- Ensure service standards and client satisfaction.
- Liaise with operations and dispatch teams.
- Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell fleet solutions.
- Track account performance and report to Sales Management.
Qualifications
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in business or a related field.
- Two to three years of experience in customer service or operations.
- Proficiency in Arabic and English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
