Main Job Purpose
Responsible for driving performance and increasing the operation rate through the business to achieve a cohesive and optimal experience for all customer and staff segments across touchpoints and good communication with all.
Accountabilities
- Monitor of applications booking – subscriptions( Telgani ) projects for processing and achieving the budget in supporting the operation of daily rental branches and achieving the objectives.
- Monitor and follow up for pending tickets with daily complaints with CS group and CES score.
- receiving the rental reservations to support the Rental agents to prepare the vehicles as per policy and procedure.
- Monitor idle vehicles with extended period and follow up with the branch to identify reason.
