Job requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Hands-on accounting experience in accounts payable and general ledger, including payments, journal posting, and reconciliations.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O.
- Experience automating or digitizing finance processes rather than only using existing digital processes.
- Working knowledge of AI tools applied to finance or accounting tasks.
- A track record of driving process improvements.
- Strong Excel skills and fluent business English.
- Work remotely and independently with KSA stakeholders from the Egypt Delivery Hub for a six-month contract assignment.
Job responsibilities
- Automate the end-to-end purchase-order process in Dynamics 365 F&O from requisition to invoice matching.
- Implement and manage automated invoice capture.
- Manage non-PO accounts-payable transactions, including direct invoices and accruals.
- Process payments in the bank system and post payment journals.
- Record recurring general-ledger entries for GOSI, Iqama fees, and travel agency or airline tickets.
- Perform and automate bank and credit-card reconciliations.
- Manage petty cash and employee credit cards and record related transactions.
- Continuously identify and implement automation opportunities across accounts payable and general ledger processes.
