Responsibilities
- Manage and grow a portfolio of existing retail accounts across the UAE and GCC
- Identify and secure new retail partnerships and sales channels
- Increase product distribution, SKU count, and shelf presence within existing accounts
- Negotiate additional listings, seasonal placements, promotional opportunities, and exclusive ranges
- Build strong relationships with buyers, category managers, and key decision makers
- Prospect and open new retail accounts across supermarkets, hypermarkets, gift stores, specialty retailers, and other channels
- Develop and execute plans to expand into new territories and channels
- Present product ranges confidently and professionally
- Maintain a healthy pipeline of opportunities and accurately forecast future sales
- Negotiate pricing, margins, payment terms, and commercial agreements
- Drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets
- Monitor product performance and identify growth opportunities
Requirements
- 3–7 years' experience in B2B retail sales or key account management
- Proven track record of growing retail accounts and achieving sales targets
- Experience working with major retail chains preferred
- Strong negotiation and relationship management skills
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Highly organised and commercially focused
- UAE driving licence preferred

Role Overview
- This is a hands on sales role focused on growing revenue through both existing and new retail accounts.
- You will manage key retail relationships, increase product distribution, expand shelf space, secure new listings, and drive consistent re orders.
- The ideal candidate is a strong relationship builder comfortable opening new doors, negotiating with buyers, and growing long term strategic accounts.
Key Responsibilities
- Retail Account Growth: Manage and grow a portfolio of existing retail accounts across the UAE and GCC.

Requirements

- Proven track record of growing retail accounts and achieving sales targets.
- Experience working with major retail chains preferred.
- Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Highly organised and commercially focused.
- UAE driving licence preferred.
