About the Company

  • We are a leading consumer products business operating across the GCC, supplying a broad range of products to hundreds of retail locations.
  • Our products are distributed through major retail chains, supermarkets, convenience stores, specialty retailers, and e commerce platforms.

Role Overview

  • This is a hands on sales role focused on growing revenue through both existing and new retail accounts.
  • You will manage key retail relationships, increase product distribution, expand shelf space, secure new listings, and drive consistent re orders.
  • The ideal candidate is a strong relationship builder comfortable opening new doors, negotiating with buyers, and growing long term strategic accounts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Retail Account Growth: Manage and grow a portfolio of existing retail accounts across the UAE and GCC.
  • Identify and secure new retail partnerships and sales channels.
  • Increase product distribution, SKU count, and shelf presence within existing accounts.
  • Negotiate additional listings, seasonal placements, promotional opportunities, and exclusive ranges.
  • Build strong relationships with buyers, category managers, and key decision makers.
  • Business Development: Prospect and open new retail accounts across various channels.
  • Develop and execute plans to expand into new territories and channels.
  • Present product ranges confidently and professionally.
  • Maintain a healthy pipeline of opportunities and accurately forecast future sales.
  • Commercial Management: Negotiate pricing, margins, payment terms, and commercial agreements.
  • Drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.
  • Secure repeat orders and maximise account value.

Requirements

  • 3–7 years' experience in B2B retail sales or key account management.
  • Proven track record of growing retail accounts and achieving sales targets.
  • Experience working with major retail chains preferred.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Highly organised and commercially focused.
  • UAE driving licence preferred.

  • Existing customers increase their spend and product range.
  • Strong relationships with key buyers and decision makers.
  • Growing distribution footprint across the GCC.
