Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Key Account Sales Manager - AV, based in Dubai.
Responsibilities include managing key accounts to build strong client relationships and achieving sales targets.
The role involves developing and implementing sales strategies, actively engaging with clients to understand their needs, and delivering tailored solutions.
The Key Account Sales Manager will collaborate with clients to maximize customer satisfaction and promote growth in the audio-visual solutions sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth in the AV industry.
- Build, maintain, and expand strong relationships with key accounts and business partners.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the company’s customer base.
- Collaborate with technical, pre-sales, and project teams to deliver tailored AV solutions.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
- Stay updated with industry trends, emerging AV technologies, and competitor activities.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by providing after-sales support and account management.
- Meet and exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs.
Requirement
- Experience: Minimum 5+ years of sales experience in the AV industry.
- Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of Audio-Visual solutions, including LED walls, projectors, digital signage, and conferencing systems.
- Sales Expertise: Proven ability to manage key accounts and drive sales growth.
- Communication & Negotiation: Excellent presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Tech-Savvy: Ability to understand and explain technical AV products and solutions.
- Target-Driven: Results-oriented with a track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets.
- Language Skills : Proficient in English & Arabic ( Arabic will be an advantage )
- License Requirement :Must have Driving License
