Role Description
This full-time, on-site Key Account Manager role is based in Jeddah.
The role manages and grows key customer relationships across the company’s product portfolio.
The position supports service, satisfaction, retention, sales growth, and strategic account development.
Responsibilities
- Develop account plans and negotiate terms.
- Track sales performance and identify opportunities to expand product placements and revenue.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, supply chain, and finance teams.
- Support timely deliveries, accurate forecasting, and effective promotion execution.
- Monitor market trends, analyze customer data, prepare reports, and support strategic initiatives.
Qualifications
- Strong account management and key accounts skills with experience handling strategic customers or large retail or wholesale partners.
- Solid analytical skills and business planning capabilities, including forecasting and performance tracking.
- Excellent customer service skills focused on relationship building and issue resolution.
- Experience in FMCG, food distribution, or a related industry is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills are required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint, is required.
- Ability to work on-site in Jeddah, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
