Job Overview

  • The ideal candidate should be results oriented responsible for driving sales growth, managing key accounts, and expanding market presence for GRP products across local and export markets.
  • Leads sales strategy, Estimation, Customer engagement, and cross functional coordination to deliver profitable and sustainable business growth for Dubai & NE.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans aligned with company objectives for GRP pipes.
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand client base across regions.
  • Prepare accurate techno commercial proposals and cost estimations.
  • Lead contract negotiations and ensure profitable deal closures.
  • Manage key customer relationships and ensure high satisfaction levels.
  • Coordinate with production, QC, and logistics to ensure timely delivery.
  • Monitor and follow up on payments and outstanding receivables.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and annual budgets.
  • Lead and mentor the sales team to achieve performance targets.
  • Represent the company in exhibitions, meetings, and presentations.
  • Support product development based on market and client requirements.
  • Analyze competitor activities and market trends.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business.
  • Experience in GRP/ Piping industry for Sales, Estimation & Production.
