Responsibilities
- Develop and execute data driven account plans to achieve sales and margin targets
- Identify and capitalize on new product opportunities and promotional strategies
- Conduct regular business reviews with key stakeholders
- Negotiate annual contracts, terms, pricing, and promotional calendars
- Monitor and manage e commerce performance metrics
- Work with Supply Chain and Logistics to forecast demand and ensure inventory flow
- Oversee accuracy of product listings for best in class digital shelf execution
- Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Finance teams
- Manage dedicated account budget for trade spending and digital investments
- Maintain in depth understanding of competitive landscape and e commerce trends
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, E commerce, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in Key Account Management, Sales, or Business Development within e commerce sector
- Proven track record of managing and growing major online accounts
- Deep understanding of e commerce fundamentals, supply chain logistics, and marketplace algorithms
- Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills
- High proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, v lookups) and presentation software

Role Overview
- Manage and grow relationships with strategic e commerce partners and online marketplaces.
- Act as primary point of contact driving mutual business growth.
Key Accountabilities
- Develop and execute data driven account plans to achieve sales, margin, and market share targets.
- Identify and capitalize on new product opportunities and promotional strategies.
- Conduct regular business reviews with key stakeholders.
- Negotiate annual contracts, terms, pricing, and promotional calendars.
- Monitor e commerce performance metrics (conversion rate, traffic, inventory levels, return rate).
- Work with Supply Chain and Logistics to forecast demand and ensure inventory flow.
- Oversee accuracy of product listings (PIM/DAM) for digital shelf execution.
- Collaborate with Marketing on digital advertising and content development.
- Collaborate with Product for market feedback and portfolio optimization.
- Collaborate with Finance to manage budgets and profitability analysis.
- Manage dedicated account budget for trade spending and digital investments.
- Maintain in depth understanding of competitive landscape and e commerce trends.
Experience & Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, E commerce, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in Key Account Management, Sales, or Business Development within e commerce.
- Proven track record of managing and growing major online accounts.
