Role Overview
The Key Account Manager will drive the growth and development of an FMCG brand across the UAE foodservice market.
Based in Dubai, the role focuses on distribution, existing customer development, and new business across HoReCa channels.
The position combines hands-on market-facing activity with strategic premium-brand development.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales growth and distribution across Dubai.
- Identify, develop, and win new HoReCa and foodservice accounts.
- Manage existing customer relationships and build relationships across hotels, fine dining, casual dining, QSR, and related channels.
- Identify distribution gaps and increase market penetration.
- Maintain premium brand positioning while delivering sustainable commercial growth.
- Work with distributor and brand teams to support market execution.
- Open new accounts and provide market insights and recommendations for brand development.
Key Requirements
- At least 5 years of relevant sales experience.
- Currently based in the UAE.
- Strong experience in a foodservice distribution business.
- Proven UAE HoReCa and foodservice experience.
