An FMCG business is seeking a transformational finance leader to develop a best-in-class finance function.
The role will modernize finance through technology, automation, and data-driven decision-making while supporting expansion across multiple business units.
Key responsibilities
- Build and lead the Finance function and develop a high-performing, collaborative team.
- Partner with the CEO and leadership team on strategic planning, investment decisions, and business growth.
- Establish planning, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, commercial analysis, and financial modelling processes.
- Lead ERP optimization, automation, AI adoption, and broader finance transformation initiatives.
- Strengthen governance, internal controls, policies, compliance, treasury, cash flow, working capital, and banking relationships.
- Improve legacy processes and financial transparency while mentoring finance talent and supporting organizational transformation.
Key ingredients
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline.
- Professional accounting qualification such as CPA, ACCA, ACA, or CA is essential.
- Minimum ten years of progressive finance leadership experience.
- Experience within FMCG is required.
- Proven record of building or transforming finance functions.
- Strong expertise across FP&A, commercial finance, financial control, treasury, governance, and business partnering.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing or production costing and investment analysis.
