About the Job
Food People is recruiting an experienced culinary leader for a growing upper-casual restaurant brand in Qatar.
The role oversees kitchen operations across multiple locations and supports the opening of new restaurants.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day kitchen operations across multiple locations and maintain consistent brand standards.
- Lead, train, and develop kitchen teams across food preparation, presentation, and service.
- Support pre-opening activities and the successful launch of new restaurant locations.
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures across kitchen operations.
- Maintain food quality, hygiene, food safety, and compliance standards.
- Monitor inventory, food costs, waste management, and kitchen efficiency.
- Work with front-of-house teams and senior management to ensure a consistent guest experience.
- Support menu development, seasonal offerings, and culinary innovation.
- Ensure compliance with local food safety regulations and company policies.
Key Ingredients
- Strong multi-unit experience across more than one restaurant location is required.
- Previous pre-opening experience and involvement in launching new restaurant locations is required.
- Strong knowledge of kitchen operations, food quality, consistency, and cost control is required.
