Food People is seeking an experienced Area Manager to oversee multi-unit restaurant operations in Abu Dhabi.
The role focuses on operational standards, quality, customer experience, and consistency across the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations across multiple restaurant locations.
- Drive high standards for quality, cleanliness, service, and overall execution.
- Ensure SOPs and operational processes are followed consistently.
- Lead and develop teams to deliver a strong customer experience.
- Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and performance.
- Support relationships with delivery partners and other key stakeholders.
- Oversee and support catering and events operations.
- Work with the wider team to maintain consistent standards across the business.
Key Requirements
- Proven multi-unit restaurant operations experience is essential.
- Strong understanding of restaurant operations, SOPs, and quality standards.
- A hands-on, agile, and solutions-focused leadership style is required.
- Strong people-management and customer-service skills are required.
- Excellent attention to detail and operational discipline are required.
- Catering or events exposure would be advantageous.
