The Role
Support the daily operations of the Bara staff dining kitchen as a full-time Junior Sous Chef.
Assist in leading a high-performing culinary team to deliver quality meals and exceptional service.
Contribute to financial, operational, and people objectives while maintaining Crown standards and policies.
About You
- Experience in a large five-star organisation with exposure to high-volume operations.
- Ability to set a leading example and inspire a team of kitchen professionals.
- Ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Self-motivated and adaptable approach.
- Understanding of food safety standards and HACCP.
- Relevant hospitality qualification in commercial cookery or equivalent.
- Flexible availability across seven days.
