- Assist the Head Chef in recipe development and food preparation
- Supervise and train kitchen staff, ensuring the execution of dishes to the highest quality standards
- Monitor food inventory levels and assist with ordering and stock control
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, following food safety and hygiene standards
- Contribute to the development of seasonal specials
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations in the kitchen
- Adapt to a fast paced and high pressure kitchen environment
Requirements
- Proven experience at least as Chef de Partie or Junior Sous Chef in a fine dining or high end restaurant
- A culinary degree or relevant culinary certification is preferred
- Strong knowledge of Mediterranean cuisine and culinary techniques
- Creativity and passion for food, with a focus on attention to detail
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a team and support a positive kitchen culture

Key Responsibilities
