From the first espresso of the morning to the last spritz of the evening, every drink we serve carries the same care and intention as everything else on the table.
We are looking for a
Beverage Manager
to own that.
What the role is
You will lead the wine and bar programme for our Dubai location, shaping it, evolving it, and making sure it feels unmistakably Le Caf LPM.
That means a list that is thoughtful without being intimidating.
A bar that runs with precision and ease.
A team that loves what they do and shows it.
You will own the beverage P&L, manage stock and costs with rigour, and work closely with the kitchen and floor to make sure the drink is never an afterthought.
On busy services, you will be present, on the floor, with the team, with guests.
