Job Responsibilities
Implement and maintain QA/QC procedures at construction sites.
Conduct site inspections and ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and project standards.
Prepare and submit Inspection Requests (IR), Material Inspection Requests (MIR), and QA/QC documentation.
Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and site engineers for inspections and approvals.
Monitor quality of civil and finishing works to ensure compliance with project requirements.
Review material submittals, method statements, and technical documents.
Maintain quality records, checklists, and test reports.
Identify non-conformance issues and assist in corrective and preventive actions.
Ensure compliance with ISO standards, safety regulations, and company quality procedures.
Participate in internal quality audits and site quality meetings.
