The Opportunity

At Radar Healthcare, we're on a mission to make healthcare safer. Our software helps healthcare organisations improve quality, reduce risk, and deliver better outcomes for patients and service users.
We're looking for a Junior Product Consultant to join the team. This is an exciting entry-level role where you'll learn how to configure software, deliver customer training, support implementations, and help organisations get the most from the Radar Healthcare platform.
Working alongside experienced Product Consultants and Senior Product Consultants, you'll gain hands-on experience delivering technology solutions that make a real difference across healthcare.
As part of our implementation team, you'll help customers successfully adopt the Radar Healthcare platform by:
Supporting the configuration of the Radar Healthcare system to meet customer requirements.
Creating and maintaining workflows, forms, templates, notifications, and other platform configurations.
Developing your technical skills, including workflow configuration and XML-based setup.
Assisting Product Consultants with implementation projects and delivery activities.
Participating in customer workshops, onboarding sessions, and testing activities.
Supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and validating system configurations.
Identifying and escalating technical challenges or configuration issues where appropriate.
Maintaining accurate records of implementation activities and project progress.
You'll play a key role in helping new customers get up and running quickly by:
Supporting the delivery of Radar Healthcare's Accelerator Programme.
Coordinating customer meetings, workshops, and training schedules.
Assisting with consultant resource planning and implementation administration.
Monitoring project milestones and customer actions.
Maintaining implementation documentation, meeting notes, and project updates.
Responding to customer queries and supporting customers throughout their onboarding journey.
You'll help customers build confidence using the platform by:
Delivering standard onboarding and user training sessions.
Supporting customers with self-service configuration tools and functionality.
Explaining product features, workflows, and configuration options.
Assisting in the creation of training materials, guides, videos, and learning content.
Supporting customer adoption initiatives that drive successful platform usage.
Working alongside senior team members on larger or more complex training programmes.
As your experience develops, you'll be involved in:
Gathering and documenting customer requirements.
Supporting discovery workshops and requirements sessions.
Advising customers on standard functionality and best-practice configuration options.
Helping customers improve processes through effective use of the Radar platform.
Collaborating with Product, Technical, Analytics, and Customer Success teams to achieve successful outcomes.
This role is designed to help you grow into a Product Consultant position. You'll have opportunities to:

Demonstrable interest in technology, software delivery, healthcare technology, or consultancy.
Strong organisational and administrative skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to build positive relationships with customers and colleagues.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow defined processes.
Comfortable delivering presentations, demonstrations, or training sessions to small groups.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
Experience using Microsoft Office and business software applications.
Understanding of healthcare environments, NHS organisations, or health and social care operations.
Experience configuring software platforms or business systems.
Exposure to workflow design, process improvement, or technology implementation projects.
Experience supporting customers or delivering customer-facing services.
