The Opportunity
At Radar Healthcare, we're on a mission to make healthcare safer. Our software helps healthcare organisations improve quality, reduce risk, and deliver better care for patients.
As we continue to grow, we're looking for an organised, proactive, and customer-focused Assistant Project Manager to join our Customer Delivery team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to develop their career in project management while working on meaningful projects that make a real difference across healthcare providers.
You'll work alongside experienced Project Managers, Product Consultants and customer stakeholders to support the successful delivery of software implementations across the UK.
As an Assistant Project Manager, you'll play a key role in keeping projects organised, on track, and moving forward.
Support the delivery of customer implementation projects in line with business objectives and KPIs.
Coordinate activities between internal teams and customer stakeholders.
Track project milestones, actions, and deliverables.
Identify potential delivery risks and support escalation activities.
Assist with project governance, reporting, and documentation.
Build positive working relationships with customers and colleagues.
Coordinate project meetings, capture actions and decisions, and follow through to completion.
Provide regular status updates and communications to stakeholders.
Help ensure customers remain informed and engaged throughout implementation.
Escalate concerns, blockers, and risks when required.
Support project scheduling and resource coordination.
Assist with project reporting and KPI tracking.
Maintain accurate project plans, records, and audit trails.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and lessons learned activities.
Ensure delivery processes and project methodologies are followed consistently.
Develop your project management knowledge and skills.
Learn project methodologies, governance processes, and delivery best practices.
Build expertise in Radar Healthcare's products, services, and customer environments.
Participate in mentoring, training, and development opportunities.
We're looking for someone who is highly organised, enjoys working with people, and loves bringing structure to busy environments.
Experience in a project coordination, administration, customer service, or customer-facing role.
Experience managing multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously.
Experience working collaboratively across teams and stakeholder groups.
Excellent organisational and time management skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Outstanding attention to detail.
Ability to prioritise workloads and manage competing demands.
Customer-focused and relationship-driven mindset.
Strong Microsoft Office and collaboration tool skill
Experience within a SaaS, technology, healthcare, or service delivery environment.
Exposure to project delivery, implementations, or change programmes.
Experience working directly with customers and external stakeholders.
PRINCE2 Foundation, APM Fundamentals, or equivalent project management qualification
