The Junior Process & Performance Analyst supports ERP, process improvement, digitalization, reporting, and operational performance activities.
The role coordinates with business departments, IT, and external implementation partners.
Responsibilities
- Support ERP implementation and system activities, including requirements gathering, testing, issue tracking, user coordination, and adoption.
- Support continuous improvement of the ERP system after implementation.
- Coordinate system, process, and digital improvement initiatives with departments, IT, and implementation partners.
- Improve data quality, standardization, and accuracy across ERP, reporting, and digital systems.
- Identify process digitalization and automation opportunities.
- Support practical use of AI and Generative AI in reporting, documentation, analysis, productivity, and business processes.
- Review and document end-to-end processes, including bottlenecks, gaps, duplication, and improvement opportunities.
- Maintain process maps, SOPs, workflows, and related documentation.
- Analyze operational data using Power BI, Excel, and other tools.
- Track improvement actions, project activities, and implementation progress.
Requirements
- Ability to support ERP and system activities, including requirements gathering, testing, issue tracking, and user coordination.
- Ability to review and document end-to-end business processes and identify improvement opportunities.
- Ability to prepare and maintain process maps, SOPs, workflows, and related documentation.
- Ability to analyze operational data using Power BI, Excel, and other tools.
- Ability to support practical applications of AI and Generative AI in reporting, analysis, productivity, and business processes.
