Junior Physiotherapist

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive physiotherapy assessments for patients with acute, chronic, and complex conditions.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based physiotherapy techniques and rehabilitation protocols.
• Deliver advanced therapeutic interventions including manual therapy, electrotherapy, exercise therapy, and post-surgical rehabilitation.
• Monitor patient progress, adjust treatment plans as necessary, and maintain accurate and detailed clinical documentation.
• Provide guidance, training, and supervision to junior physiotherapists and physiotherapy assistants.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated patient care.
• Ensure all physiotherapy services comply with clinic policies, patient safety guidelines, and international standards.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organized therapy environment.
• Participate in quality assurance, clinical audits, and continuous improvement programs.
• Educate patients and their families on home exercise programs, injury prevention, and lifestyle modifications.
• Uphold patient confidentiality and demonstrate professional ethics at all times.

Requirements

• **Valid DHA license** or eligibility.
• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Physiotherapy from a recognized institution.
• Minimum 0–3 years of clinical experience, preferably in a hospital, rehabilitation center, or specialty clinic.
• Strong expertise in orthopedic, neurological, musculoskeletal, and post-operative rehabilitation.
• Preferred experience in manual therapy, sports physiotherapy, women’s health, or specialized rehabilitation programs.
• Proficiency in physiotherapy software systems and electronic medical records (EMR).
• Solid understanding of clinical safety standards, treatment documentation, and patient outcome measurements.
• Excellent assessment skills, clinical reasoning, and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage complex cases and handle a diverse patient population.
