Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and efficiently.
  • Convert leads into confirmed appointments and maximize booking rates.
  • Schedule patient appointments and maintain accurate records.
  • Provide patients with information regarding services, pricing, and payment methods (Insurance or Cash).
  • Send clinic location details and appointment confirmations to patients.
  • Coordinate patient pick up and drop off arrangements when required.
  • Send pre procedure instructions to patients before appointments.
  • Confirm patient appointments one day prior to the scheduled visit.
  • Ensure patients are booked within the required Turnaround Time (TAT) after lead generation.
  • Follow up with patients and referral clinics after insurance approval to secure appointments.
  • Maintain detailed remarks and records in the system.
  • Address patient concerns and escalate issues when necessary.

Requirements

  • Mandatory: Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
  • Additional languages such as Tagalog are an advantage.
  • 2 to 5 years of experience in a call center, healthcare, or customer service environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong customer service and problem solving abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and call center systems.
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude.
