IDOM is seeking a Structural Engineer to join its team in Riyadh.
The role contributes to innovative architectural and building projects.
The position offers an opportunity to grow within a dynamic engineering environment.
Key responsibilities
- Perform structural design and calculations for building projects in accordance with applicable codes and requirements.
- Develop structural analysis models using ETABS, SAP2000, or similar tools.
- Prepare and review structural drawings, details, and design documentation.
- Coordinate structural solutions with architects and MEP engineers.
- Prepare technical reports, specifications, and calculation packages.
- Participate in client, design, and coordination meetings.
- Support construction through technical reviews and site visits.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Structural Engineering or equivalent and a Master of Science degree.
- Three to five years of related experience.
- Fluency in Arabic and English.
- Proficiency with structural design software such as ETABS and SAP2000.
- Familiarity with AutoCAD, Revit, TEKLA, Rhino, Grasshopper, and other design tools.
- Strong attention to detail, creativity, communication, and teamwork skills.
Additional qualifications
- Knowledge of sustainable design principles.
- Familiarity with local and international building standards.
- Experience working on international projects.
