Responsibilities
- Search for new clients and generate business.
- Establish and maintain customer relationships.
- Implement marketing strategies and support websites, brochures, presentations, advertising, and online communications.
- Manage customer requirements and respond to client enquiries.
- Prepare technical proposals and detailed material, quantity, and cost estimates.
- Coordinate order finalization with clients and agree terms and conditions.
- Follow up on submitted offers and negotiations to close orders.
- Track offer status and maintain client account records.
- Provide after-sales support and resolve client issues.
- Meet sales targets and report to management.
Candidate Profile
- Experience in marketing and estimation engineering, proposal engineering, tendering, or cost estimation is sought.
- Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and firefighting products is required.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word is required.
- Good communication skills in English, Hindi, or Marathi are required.
- A diploma or bachelor's degree with relevant experience, or equivalent satisfactory relevant work experience, is accepted.
- Diploma qualification is preferred.
- The role requires 1 to 4 years of work experience.
Compensation
- Salary is ₹25,000 to ₹40,000 per month depending on technical expertise and years of experience.
- Benefits include health insurance, life insurance, leave encashment, and provident fund.
