Junior Marketing Coordinator

Role Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Build and issue creative briefs to external agencies for campaigns, content shoots, and seasonal activations across all brands
• Coordinate and attend content shoots (food, lifestyle, video) — manage shot lists, ensure brand consistency, and capture feedback in real time
• Manage content feedback loops with agencies — consolidate internal stakeholder input and ensure timely, high-quality revisions
• Monitor agency performance on community management — ensure all customer comments, DMs, and reviews are replied to within agreed SLAs and in the correct brand voice
• Produce weekly and monthly campaign performance reports across paid, organic, and community KPIs
• Maintain the marketing calendar across all brands and flag conflicts, gaps, or opportunities
• Support the CEO on ad-hoc marketing projects, including AI/automation initiatives aimed at improving department efficiency

Required Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in marketing, advertising, content production, or agency-side account management. F&B, retail, or hospitality experience is a strong plus
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
• Bilingual: fluent written and spoken Arabic (Saudi dialect) and English. Comfortable writing briefs in English and reviewing copy in both languages
• Strong organizational skills — able to juggle multiple brands, deadlines, and stakeholders without dropping balls
• Comfortable on shoot sets — confident giving direction to agencies, photographers, and food stylists
• Solid grasp of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat) and how content performs on each
• Working knowledge of reporting tools (Meta Business Suite, TikTok Analytics, basic Excel/Google Sheets). Power BI exposure is a plus
• Curious about AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney, etc.) and excited about applying them to marketing workflows
• Valid driver's license and own reliable means of transport — the role requires daily in-office presence and frequent travel between brand locations

• Prior experience working with or inside a creative/digital agency
• Experience with multi-brand portfolios
• Photography, videography, or basic editing skills (CapCut, Canva, Adobe Suite)
• Knowledge of Jeddah F&B scene and local Gen-Z culture
