- Develop detailed business requirements documents, functional specifications, and other documentation
- Collaborate with IT teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Participate in design, development, and implementation of digital banking solutions, loan products, and corporate banking services
- Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate solutions meet business requirements
- Provide support during implementation phase, including user training, change management, and post implementation support
- Act as subject matter expert on banking products and services
- Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory requirements related to banking
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Technology, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the banking industry
- Experience in digital banking, loans, or corporate banking highly desirable
- Strong analytical skills and ability to translate business requirements into actionable solutions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Arabic and English languages
- Knowledge of business analysis methodologies, tools, and techniques
- Experience working in an agile environment is advantageous
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong problem solving skills and attention to detail

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the banking industry, preferably with a local bank in Saudi Arabia.
- Experience in digital banking loans or corporate banking is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate business requirements into actionable solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in Arabic and English languages, both written and verbal, is preferred.
- Knowledge of business analysis methodologies, tools, and techniques.
- Experience working in an agile environment is advantageous.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, as well as part of a team.
- Strong problem solving skills and attention to detail.
