About the Role
A global corporate bank is seeking a Junior HR & Admin Officer for fresh graduates to start their career in HR and Administration. The role involves supporting day-to-day HR operations, employee onboarding, recruitment coordination, office management, and government liaison.

Responsibilities
- Support day to day HR and administrative operations
- Assist with employee onboarding, documentation, and record keeping
- Coordinate interviews and support recruitment processes
- Prepare basic HR documents such as letters and certificates
- Provide general administrative support, including scheduling and coordination
- Assist with office management, including supplies and vendor coordination
- Support meeting arrangements, travel bookings, and internal events
- Maintain proper filing and documentation systems
- Support coordination with UAE government authorities for visa and company related processes
- Assist with document submission, follow ups and renewals
- Work closely with PROs and external service providers
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Fresh graduates welcome
- Internship or part time experience in HR/Admin is a plus
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Detail oriented with a willingness to learn
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
