- Record daily financial transactions in the accounting system
- Assist in preparing journal entries, accruals, and adjustments
- Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions
- Assist in preparing bank reconciliations and petty cash management
- Support in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
- Ensure proper documentation and filing of financial records
- Assist auditors during internal and external audits
- Comply with company policies, accounting standards, and relevant regulations
- Perform other finance related tasks as assigned by the line manager
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 0–2 years of relevant accounting experience (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply)
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (ERP knowledge is a plus)
- Tagalog speaking required
