Job Summary

  • The Property Consultant is responsible for managing and converting company generated leads assigned by the Sales Manager or Team Leader through the CRM system.
  • The role involves contacting prospective clients, understanding their requirements, presenting suitable Tiger Properties projects, conducting regular follow ups, arranging property viewings, and closing sales while achieving assigned sales targets and maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contact company generated leads assigned daily through the CRM system by the Sales Manager/Team Leader.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries and ensure timely follow up on all assigned leads.
  • Understand clients' requirements, budget, and investment objectives to recommend suitable real estate projects.
  • Present and professionally promote Tiger Properties' residential and commercial projects.
  • Schedule and conduct project presentations, property viewings, and client meetings.
  • Build strong relationships with prospective buyers through continuous communication and follow up.
  • Negotiate offers and guide clients through the booking, reservation, and sales process until deal closure.
  • Ensure all customer interactions, follow up activities, and sales progress are accurately updated in the CRM system.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales KPIs, including calls, appointments, site visits, and sales conversions.
  • Maintain thorough knowledge of all Tiger Properties projects, pricing, payment plans, promotions, and inventory availability.
  • Coordinate with the Sales Administration, CRM, Finance, and other internal departments to facilitate smooth transactions.
  • Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in Real Estate Sales, Property Consultancy, or Direct Sales (UAE experience preferred).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
  • Experience using CRM systems.
  • Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales targets.
  • Fluent in English; Arabic or additional languages are an advantage.
