Role Description

  • This is a full time on site role for an Oracle Fusion Finance Consultant located in Dubai.
  • The Oracle Fusion Finance Consultant will be responsible for financial planning, consulting, and accounting tasks.
  • This includes analyzing financial data, providing financial guidance, and ensuring the implementation and configuration of Oracle Fusion Financials.
  • The consultant will also work closely with clients to understand their business needs, troubleshoot financial system issues, and deliver effective solutions.

Qualifications

  • Strong Finance and Accounting skills
  • Proficiency in Analytical Skills and Financial Planning
  • Experience in Consulting and providing financial guidance
  • Excellent problem solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Certified Oracle Fusion Finance experience is a plus
  • Experience working in the real estate or construction industry is advantageous

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the end to end implementation of Oracle Fusion Financial modules, including (but not limited to): General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Cash Management, Fixed Assets (FA), Expense Management.
  • Gather business requirements, conduct gap analysis, and prepare functional specifications.
  • Configure Oracle Fusion applications according to business needs.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to design and deliver integrations, reports, and customizations.
  • Conduct user training, UAT support, and prepare documentation.
  • Provide post implementation support and resolve functional issues.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience as an Oracle Finance Consultant.
  • Proven track record with at least 3 full cycle Oracle Fusion Finance implementations.
  • Strong knowledge of Oracle Fusion Financials architecture, functionality, and configuration.
  • Understanding of finance processes and accounting standards (IFRS, GAAP).
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Oracle Certified Implementation Specialist in Fusion Financials.
  • Experience in multi entity, multi currency environments.
  • Exposure to integration with other Oracle Fusion modules (Procurement, Projects, HCM).
