- Maintain and update financial database.
- Assist in preparing financial and sales reports.
- Support financial analyst by collecting, organizing and validating financial data.
- Assist in annual budgeting and periodic forecasting exercises.
- Prepare variance analysis reports comparing actual performance against budgets and forecasts.
- Support inventory reporting and stock analysis activities.
- Conduct basic market research and data gathering for business and financial evaluations.
- Assist in identifying trends, risks, and opportunities through financial and operational data analysis.
- Maintain dashboards and performance tracking reports for management review.
- Support process improvement initiatives within the finance department.
- Extract, clean and analyze data from ERP systems and databases.
- Conduct financial and operational analysis as requested by management.
Requirements
- Experience in financial analysis and data management
- Knowledge of Power Query and ETL processes
- Proficiency in ERP systems and databases
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
