Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and scheduling preventive maintenance (PPM) activities in accordance with approved maintenance plans
- Coordinate daily corrective, reactive, and emergency maintenance activities
- Monitor execution of work orders and ensure timely completion within agreed SLAs
- Conduct routine inspections of MEP systems and identify maintenance requirements
- Assist in troubleshooting equipment failures and support root cause investigations
- Support operation and maintenance of HVAC systems including chillers, AHUs, FCUs, etc.
- Support maintenance of LV electrical distribution systems, lighting, and control panels
- Assist in maintenance of plumbing and drainage systems
- Coordinate routine inspection of fire alarm and firefighting systems
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance reports
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, electromechanical engineering, or related discipline
- 1 3 years of experience in Facility Management, MEP Maintenance, Building Maintenance, or Technical Operations (fresh graduates with internships considered)

Purpose
- To support the efficient operation, maintenance, and performance of Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) systems across residential, commercial, industrial, and mixed use facilities.
- The role is responsible for assisting in the planning, coordination, supervision, and monitoring of preventive, corrective, and emergency maintenance activities.
- Ensures compliance with contractual SLAs, KPIs, statutory regulations, HSE requirements, and client expectations.
Operational Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and scheduling preventive maintenance (PPM) activities.
- Coordinate daily corrective, reactive, and emergency maintenance activities.
- Monitor execution of work orders and ensure timely completion within agreed SLAs.
- Conduct routine inspections of MEP systems and identify maintenance requirements.
- Assist in troubleshooting equipment failures and support root cause investigations.
- Coordinate maintenance shutdowns and planned service activities.
- Verify completion of maintenance works before work order closure.
- Ensure maintenance activities comply with approved procedures and OEM recommendations.
- Support snag identification and rectification activities during project handovers.
- Assist in commissioning support and defect liability period activities.
HVAC Systems
- Support operation and maintenance of chillers, chilled water systems, AHUs, FCUs, Package Units, VRF systems, Split AC units, ventilation systems, and exhaust systems.
- Monitor HVAC system performance and recommend corrective actions.
- Assist in troubleshooting HVAC equipment faults.
- Verify completion of preventive maintenance activities for HVAC systems.
- Monitor indoor environmental conditions and thermal comfort levels.
Electrical Systems
- Support maintenance of LV electrical distribution systems.
- Assist in maintenance of distribution boards, MCCs, SMDBs, MDBs, lighting systems, power outlets, and control panels.
- Support inspection of UPS systems, emergency lighting, generators, and electrical equipment.
- Assist in electrical fault diagnosis and restoration activities.
- Monitor electrical safety compliance during maintenance works.
Plumbing & Drainage Systems
- Assist in maintenance of potable water systems.
- Support maintenance of drainage, sewerage, pumps, water tanks, and plumbing fixtures.
- Coordinate repair of plumbing leaks and water supply issues.
- Monitor operation of booster pumps and associated systems.
- Support water conservation initiatives.
Fire Protection Systems
- Coordinate routine inspection of fire alarm systems.
- Support maintenance of firefighting systems.
- Assist specialized contractors during testing and inspections.
- Monitor rectification of fire system defects.
- Support compliance with Abu Dhabi Civil Defence (ADCD) requirements.
Building Fabric
- Coordinate routine inspections of building fabric.
- Monitor civil maintenance activities including masonry, painting, waterproofing, ceilings, flooring, doors, windows, roofing, and façade defects.
- Assist in defect rectification and contractor supervision.
- Support project handover inspections.
Client & Contractor Coordination
- Coordinate with clients regarding maintenance requests.
- Respond to tenant complaints and service requests.
- Monitor contractor performance against contract requirements.
- Coordinate maintenance schedules with facility occupants.
- Attend client meetings and maintenance review meetings.
- Support contractor mobilization and demobilization activities.
- Coordinate authority inspections where applicable.
- Liaise with suppliers for technical support.
- Ensure timely communication of maintenance updates.
- Escalate unresolved technical issues to senior management.
Documentation & Reporting
- Prepare daily maintenance reports.
- Prepare weekly and monthly maintenance reports.
- Monitor work order status through CAFM/CMMS systems.
- Maintain maintenance history records.
- Update asset registers.
- Prepare technical inspection reports.
- Maintain equipment maintenance logs.
- Assist in preparing quotations and technical evaluations.
- Prepare material requisitions.
- Maintain maintenance documentation in accordance with company procedures.
Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, electromechanical engineering, or a related Engineering discipline.
- Fresh graduates with relevant internship experience may be considered.
