2-4 years of hands-on experience editing advertising, commercial, or digital content, ideally in a high-volume agency, rapid-response brand team, or digital newsroom.

A portfolio showcasing your best social and corporate video work.

Knowledge in Adobe Premiere Pro (required) and a working understanding of the Adobe Creative Suite and Avid.

Familiarity with aspect ratios, compression, and safe zones for TikTok, Reels, YouTube, and LinkedIn.

Enthusiasm to learn and leverage Google’s latest generative AI models in your workflow.

Strong instincts in narrative structure, pacing, music selection, and captivating viewers with every edit.

Experience with Adobe After Effects and Photoshop for motion graphics and design.
