Junior DevOps Engineer

Hands-On Engineering & Delivery • Support implementation of CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms • Contribute to migration efforts (e.g., Azure DevOps → GitHub, CI/CD modernization) • Assist in building and maintaining Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Bicep, or equivalent) • Troubleshoot build, release, and environment issues across development lifecycles • Apply secure engineering practices including code scanning, testing, and policy enforcement

Automation & Standardization • Leverage automation and AI-assisted tooling (e.g., Copilot) to improve delivery speed and consistency • Contribute to reusable templates, modules, and standardized DevOps patterns • Reduce manual effort through scripting and pipeline optimization

Collaboration & Delivery Support • Work with development, infrastructure, and security teams to support end-to-end delivery • Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to backlog refinement and technical tasks • Support knowledge sharing through documentation and team collaboration

Operational Support & Continuous Improvement • Monitor pipeline health and deployment reliability • Identify opportunities to improve performance, reduce cost, and simplify processes • Support implementation of logging, monitoring, and basic operational practices
