The employer is seeking a proactive and analytical Junior Data Analyst – Sales Coordinator for the MEA and CIS markets.
The role supports business reporting, pipeline management, sales coordination, and performance analytics for business development teams.
The position works with regional, business development, admissions, conversion, and operations teams to support student enrolment targets across partner institutions.
Sales Coordination and Reporting
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly business reports for the MEA and CIS markets.
- Track leads, applications, offers, deposits, visas, and enrolments.
- Maintain dashboards for Regional Managers and senior leadership.
- Monitor performance against monthly and annual recruitment targets.
Pipeline and Business Analytics
- Track the complete recruitment funnel from lead to enrolment.
- Analyze pipeline health and identify bottlenecks affecting conversions.
- Generate intake forecasts using historical trends and pipeline data.
- Produce reports segmented by country, recruitment partner or agent, manager, intake, and conversion stage.
Sales Performance and KPI Tracking
- Monitor Business Development Managers' performance against agreed KPIs.
- Analyze agent productivity, conversion rates, and enrolment performance.
- Identify business opportunities, risks, and areas requiring intervention.
Requirements
- A proactive and analytical approach to supporting business development, reporting, and performance analysis.
- Ability to work closely with Regional Managers, Business Development Managers, Admissions, Conversion, and Operations teams.
