Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities for chemical products within the UAE market
- Generate leads and acquire new customers in industrial sectors
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business
- Promote and sell the company's chemical products and solutions to meet sales targets
- Conduct market research to identify customer requirements, market trends, and competitor activities
- Prepare and deliver product presentations, quotations, and commercial proposals
- Coordinate with the technical and operations teams to ensure timely delivery and customer support
- Follow up on inquiries, negotiate pricing, and close sales opportunities
- Prepare regular sales reports, customer visit reports, and sales forecasts
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and UAE regulations related to chemical handling and transportation
- Participate in exhibitions, networking events, and industry meetings to expand the company's customer base
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Chemistry, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 1–2 years of chemical sales experience in the UAE market
- Knowledge of industrial chemicals, specialty chemicals, or chemical trading operations
- Valid UAE Driving License (mandatory)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain long term client relationships
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and CRM systems
- Good understanding of UAE market dynamics and customer segments
- Excellent command of English; additional languages such as Malyalam or Hindi are an advantage
- Currently available in UAE and can join immediately (within 5 days)

Job Summary
- We are seeking a motivated and results driven Junior Chemical Sales Executive with 1–2 years of experience in chemical sales within the UAE market.
- The ideal candidate should have knowledge of industrial and specialty chemicals, strong communication skills, and the ability to develop and maintain relationships with customers across various industries, including manufacturing, construction, water treatment, oil & gas, and related sectors.
