About KAVAK
KAVAK operates an e-commerce business focused on the purchase and sale of pre-owned vehicles.
The company is expanding across the GCC region and aims to transform the global automotive market.
The GCC team is building technology, processes, and products for the pre-owned car market.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate the mall kiosk as a contact point for people selling used cars.
- Source high-quality used cars from individuals visiting the mall.
- Negotiate prices with sellers to ensure fair transactions.
- Complete paperwork and documentation for used-car purchases.
- Provide excellent customer service to car sellers.
- Collaborate with other departments to meet purchase targets and gross profit goals.
- Keep up to date with market trends and pricing for informed purchasing decisions.
Skills and Qualifications
- Must have 2–3 years of experience in used car buying.
- University, diploma, college graduate, or equivalent.
- Proficiency in English is required; Arabic is beneficial.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to build rapport with customers.
- Ability to work independently and handle transactions from start to finish.
- Knowledge of the local automotive market and pricing trends.
- Genuine passion for cars and customer service.
